Space Rental
The Arsenal provides a unique rental space located in the heart of Williamsburg. Our event space, Kingdom, can accommodate countless different types of events, including private receptions, theater performances, dance performances, rehearsals, birthday parties, conference meetings, sample sales, film shoots, fashion shows, artist talks and other special occasions and functions.
• The space has a capacity of 125 people standing. Keep in mind that it may accommodate fewer people depending on seat and table arrangements.
• The space features a full bar and licensed bar staff is available to help you make custom cocktails and drink specials of your choice.
• Availability is subject to exhibition schedules and reservations. Kingdom is open for viewing Monday through Friday, 12:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday, 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM by appointment. Please call us at 917-349-9155 to schedule a viewing.
• There is a $100 clean-up fee. In addition, the renter is responsible for any further cleaning, staffing and security fees that are deemed necessary, and for any additional delivery or installation fees, as well as any necessary repairs for damages sustained during the rental period.
• There is no additional staffing fee and renters have access to the building for setup and cleanup at no additional charge.
• Smoking is prohibited in the building, but is permissible outside.
• The Arsenal provides a limited number of chairs and tables to help with the creation of ambiance for your special event.
• A copy of any invitations created must be submitted to The Arsenal, and any use of The Arsenal’s name must be approved.
• Example Rental Fees for Weekends: Corporate: $2,000 per day; Private event for Individuals or Artistic Organizations: $1,500; Non-profit: $1,000 per day. We work with groups to custom-assess their needs, based on the information you provide us in the space rental form...the final rental charge will be based on the day of the week, time of the event, how many people are attending, what type of music is playing and whether you are serving alcohol or not.
